Zap Calendar Pro App gives you the ability to not only manage Team Activities (tasks, phone calls, appointments, etc) with ease but also enrich this data by adding information from other entities (Opportunities/ Contracts / Company Holidays / Marketing etc)!

To reduce the number of clicks needed to manage team activities, we have added a number of 1-Click actions to our calendar app.

Below screenshot shows the command bar that comes up whenever we click on any activity record in Calendar.

Explanation of 1-Click Actions:

Assign: Assign the activity to any user or team.

Mark Complete: Mark an activity as Complete.

Clone: Duplicate any activity record.

Add to Queue: Add the activity to a Queue.

Edit: Clicking “Edit” button will open the activity record in edit mode.

Delete: Delete the activity.

Create: Create new activity.

Drag and Drop: Drag-and-Drop to reschedule or reassign activities. Below screenshot shows how we can drag-and-drop to reschedule.
