Zap Attachment Viewer App provides a consolidated view of all attachments in emails as well as notes for a particular record.  This list is displayed in a “Web Resource” which can be manually added to any form!

Below shows screenshot of “Attachment Viewer” added to Case form:

We are happy to let you know that we have now (March 2020) added the “Attachment Preview” feature. So you will not need to download the attachment in-order to preview.

To Preview attachment, Right Click and select “Preview”: (as shown in screenshot below)

Few points to note regarding Preview feature:

  1. Only attachments of type image and pdf can be previewed.
  2. Attachments need to be present in Dynamics 365 (and not in external storage)
