Confederation of British Industry (CBI) has now been using Zap Report Scheduler for about 9 months now. Now lets look in to the current Use-Case: Bulk Sending of monthly reports to Account Managers and Customers!

Below screenshot shows the email received by a customer with the invoice attached:

This can be achieved by creating a power-automate / workflow which triggers when status of invoice changes… and sends the invoice pdf (which is generated from the report) in email to  Customer! Please note that the power automate step or the workflow step comes built-in within Zap Report Scheduler solution.

However if we need to send these emails (with exported report attached) to Customers in BULK then there is a different approach that we need to use.
