A Support ticket generally covers activities like troubleshooting, upgrading solution, solutioning – mainly centered towards Zap Apps.

A maximum of 1.5 hrs of support are included with 1 ticket purchase.


If you are facing any issues with the app then email

If the issue cannot be resolved via email and requires detailed troubleshooting then a support ticket needs to be purchased.

The Support Agent will let you know the number of Support tickets that need to  be purchased.
